When you use Agentix, we collect:

• Account information — email address and hashed password (via Supabase Auth)
• API usage data — number of validation requests, timestamps, and basic request metadata
• Code snippets — the code you submit for validation is processed in real-time and logged temporarily for usage metering and abuse prevention
• Payment data — payment processing is handled entirely by LemonSqueezy. We never see or store your credit card details

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and maintain the Agentix API service
• To track API usage against your plan limits
• To improve validation accuracy by analyzing anonymized aggregate patterns
• To communicate service updates, billing notices, and support responses
• To detect and prevent abuse of the service

3. Code Snippet Handling

Code submitted for validation is:

• Processed in real-time to perform validation checks
• Logged temporarily with a hash for usage deduplication
• Not stored permanently — validation logs are retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
• Not used to train AI models — we do not use your code for training or any purpose beyond providing the validation service
• Not shared with third parties — code snippets stay within our infrastructure

• Account data — retained until you delete your account

• Payment records — retained by LemonSqueezy per their policy for tax and accounting purposes

7. Security

• All API requests are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• API keys are stored hashed (SHA-256) — we never store raw keys
• Passwords are hashed by Supabase Auth using bcrypt
• Database access is restricted to service role credentials only
• We perform regular security reviews of our infrastructure

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase Auth). No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing cookies are used. Session cookies are required for the service to function.

9. Children

Agentix is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
